Shopping Information

1. How long are shipping times?

Your order will be dispatched from Sydney, Australia within 1-2 business days via Australian Post and delivered within 3-9 business days. *Covid-19 update: during these unusual times, shipping times with Australia Post have increased in some cases.

2. What are your delivery rates?

Shipping is free for orders over $99.

Payment Information

1. What are the PRE-ORDER terms and conditions?

When purchasing a pre-order item customers are agreeing to the below terms and conditions:

  • The pre-order date is an estimated arrival date and may be subject to change. If this occurs, the customer will be informed of the updated arrival date. If the updated date is delayed more than 30 days from the original estimated arrival date then customers will be offered the option to receive a full refund for the pre-order item/s.
  • If the customers order contains one or more pre-order items and one or more available items (that are not on pre-order) the entire order will be shipped together upon the arrival of the the pre-order item.
  • If the customer would like the pre-order item/s and available item/s to be shipped separately they are required to place a separate order.

Order & Returns

1. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received a tracking number within a few days, please check you have correctly spelt your email address and check your junk folder. If you still have not received an order please email cottonlandaus@gmail.com with your order number and order details.

2. What is your return policy?

We accept exchanges and returns. Conditions of return: the romper must be returned in its original packaging and unworn with the tag attached within 15 days after receiving your order. Please note that the postage cost is not covered by us.

3. How to return the romper?

To start a return email us at cottonlandaus@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

4. What if my order is damaged or the wrong item?

If a faulty or wrong item happens to slip past our strict quality control measures, we will happily offer you a refund or a replacement item. Cottonland will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. What about refunds?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
